Strategic Programs SPECIALIST //
Enterprise Plans & Programs

Cargomatic is a $55M funded Series-B tech startup that is revolutionizing logistics by creating a real-time digital marketplace for local shipping.

At Cargomatic, I quickly rose through the ranks. I started out managing customer operations and Tier 3 issue resolution. Going above and beyond, I single-handedly led the redesign of the customer service operating model. I was ultimately promoted to a strategy role on the Enterprise Plans & Programs team and worked directly with the C-Suite.
